Minimum reservation period: two consecutive nights.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments.

No pets allowed.

Children under three years of age are not allowed, except for "Full Accommodation" reservations.

To maintain your reservation, you must make a deposit of 10% of the total amount by bank transfer to the account ES860049163251251016, owner Communication & Protocol Services, SL, 96 hours in advance of your arrival date. The rest of the amount will be paid at the establishment. For "full accommodation" reservations, the deposit will be made 15 days in advance.

If you want to check-in or check-out outside of scheduled hours, please notify the owners in advance.

Cancellation Policy : The deposit amount will be refunded for cancellations communicated 48 hours prior to arrival. For "full accommodation" reservations, the deposit will be returned for cancellations communicated 96 hours in advance.
